Associate Professor Anupama Ginige’s research falls within the intersection of health informatics and computer science, contributing significantly to academia and the IT industry. Beginning her career as a programmer, she transitioned to academia in 2003, bringing a wealth of industry experience to her educational endeavours. At WSU, Anupama is affiliated with the School of Computer, Data and Mathematical Sciences (CDMS), and contributes to the Translational Health Research Institute. Also, she co-leads the InTecH (Informatics and Technology for Health) lab, fostering a collaborative environment for research and innovation in digital health technologies.
